About This Association

The Utah Farm Bureau Federation is an affiliate of the American Farm Bureau Federation, which boasts more than 6 million members nationwide. Farm Bureau is an independent, non-governmental, voluntary organization of farm and ranch families united for the purposes of addressing their problems and formulating action to achieve educational improvement, economic opportunity and social advancement and, thereby, to promote the national well-being. Farm Bureau is local, county, state, national and international in its scope and influence, and is non-partisan, non-sectarian and non-secret in character. Farm Bureau is the voice of agriculture at all levels. UFBF represents all commodity interests and is involved in all issues that are of concern to the state’s farmers and ranchers, including taxation, property rights and services to the farm community. The organization works to support its producer members through legislative advocacy, leadership development programs, commodity associations, rural health & safety programs, insurance products, marketing, and other services.
